Here is a timeless little short sleeve dress by Toni Todd. Probably mostly or all polyester. Gorgeous lacy paisley-ish design in black with hints of purple over a silky jet black under layer. Also features what looks like a bow tie for your belly front and center. 13" zipper down the back. This is a stunning formal dress. It's in amazing shape and has years of life left.
