Vintage Black Satin Party Dress, Tween or XXXS Womens Size, 22" waist Grecian Goddess Dress in Black.
This is a stunningly simple cocktail style dress, and its in such a tiny waist size! The bodice length seems to be made for an adult, but the waist is 22". This seems to be suitable for either a very petite adult or maybe more for a tween or teen.
This is a weighty black satin with a fitted waist, scoop neckline, and fuller skirt. Its like a black liquid satin and the cut reminds me of a Grecian goddess style of dress. Has a metal zipper up the back. The dress is in overall gorgeous condition but it does have a couple of small holes. One on the left waist, and one on the front bottom of the skirt. There are also some areas where the fabric is thinner - but this is only noticeable if you are holding the dress up to a light (which is what I did to find the holes). I have shown these in photos, but they are not seen during wear at all. The holes are also really not noticeable.
I believe the fabric is rayon, its like a heavier version of a vintage nightgown - but it may be nylon.
Model wears a size Medium bottoms, Small top, and is 5'11" tall. Dress fits nicely in the length, but the waist is just not happening. For best fit, please compare the measurements below to your own, or to the size chart of a brand that fits you well.

The band at the waist of the dress - it measures about 24" around the top. Not quite the underbust, its 4" above the natural waist. The bottom of the band is 22" and sits at the natural waist.
There IS some fabric to let out - but the whole dress would have to be de-constructed in order to do that.
