Turquoise cotton fabric printed with red and yellow roses, 2 front pockets with lace, closes behind the neck with a button and ties behind the waist
The bottom was cut and needs to be hemmed, rip in eyelet near waist (photo)

cONdITIOn: Fair condition - hem it, stitch the eyelet and you've got a treasure!
