Vintage 1980's Sonya Ratay for San Andre blouse. Short Sleeve with hidden button front closure, buttons at the waist only. Open bust. Thin lightweight silk polyester. Drape Cowl collar and loose dolman sleeves. Shoulder pads that can be snipped out if desired. Flows beautifully. Labeled a vintage size 4 but originally meant to be oversized and would look good as a more fitted look. Can fit a variety of sizes. Please check measurements listed.
