Vintage cream short sleeve blouse by Sonya Ratay for San Andre. High neck with pleating at the neckline. Buttons at the back of neck with pearl like buttons. Has shoulder pads but can easily be removed. 100% polyester. Fabric is light and feels like chiffon. Labeled a size 10 please check measurements, vintage sizing runs differently than modern sizing. Has been laundered and is ready to wear.

good vintage condition, a couple of very small rust stains on the collar.
