Stunning Vintage 1970's JCPenney dress. V-neck with amazing fringe detail on front and back. Pull over styling. Empire waist with a full skirt that drapes beautifully. Bracelet length sleeves. In excellent vintage condition. ILGWU union made. No size or fabric tag. Most likely a polyester or nylon blend. Material is not scratchy and does have some stretch.
