This late 70s/early 80s red and black sequin peplum top is a rare find. The strong silhouette with the large shoulder pads and full peplum skirt is striking. The fabric has a little stretch but holds it structure. The sequins are sewn on in a vertical squiggle pattern and the sems are bound to protect you from the scratchy sequins on the inside. There aren't any zippers or closures in the top, so make sure to check the measurements below to ensure the fit.
