Blue and white gingham fabric, embroidered with colorful cross-stitching and red prong-set rhinestones.

Top features:

- 2 ties up front for closure
- back is composed of a blue denim-like cotton
- inner cord that ties in the back to cinch in waist

Skirt features:

- high waist design with 1" waistband
- back nylon zipper closure with large hook and eye closure atop
- ruffle around bottom
