Made in the USA of tightly woven shantung straw

Very finely woven black straw, large metal grommet triangular air holes, white leather (?) band with round grommet design on band
I'm guessing these are 1970s-80's but I can't find anything at all like them online

cONdITIOn: Excellent mint condition -- Size tags on rim and inside hat are intact, no signs of wear

4. 25” crown height
3” brim
