I am estimating this will fit about a size 2-3T. This is the sweetest little romper, with slightly elastic legs that look like a dress but play like shorts. Smocking at the waist, with a button belt that goes across the back. Peter pan collar. Buttons up the back. I believe circa late 50s or early 60s on this piece.
