40s Rose Parade Pitcher Creamer Sugar Bowl Set #1259

Here is a vintage Hall China Superior Quality Kitchenware pitcher, sugar bowl, and creamer set in the Rose Parade pattern, #1259, circa 1945.

The set consists of:

1) A Sani-Grid Medium 32 Oz Jug -approx. 6.25" tall

2) A Sani-Grid Sugar Bowl - approx 3.5" at tallest point.

3) A Sani-Grid Creamer - approx. 3” tall.

All pieces are blue with a rose on a white handle and were made in Ohio. All are marked with the gold Hall China underglaze mark. All pieces are in vintage condition, with the minor signs of handling and wear you would expect to find in items that are nearly 75 years old.

Issues to note:

1) Jug - small chip on edge of spout (photo 5); small white marks on both sides; one tiny reddish mark on side of jug; some roughness on one side of jug opening (photo 6).

2) Creamer - small black mark on front bottom (photo 9); areas of paint-wear on spout and rim (photos 10 &11); these white areas are smooth to the touch, so don't appear to be chips.
