Wonderful 1980’s bright red color polyester blouse with pleated details at the front and back, long sleeves with buttoned cuffs and a bottom waist band designed by Halston for JC Penny in the 1980's. Shoulders are lightly padded. Marked size 10. Overall good condition, but there is a rip along the folded pleat on the back closer to the waist line (can be easily fixed by a skillfull seamstress).
