Measures 22” at the waist, full through the hips and length is 36”. Circumference around at bottom hem is 86”. As this gets full right below the waist, a new waistband could be made and attached a bit lower on the skirt to make it a bigger size. Has one button on the waistband and an open placket below that. Fabric is cotton; unlined. No label. Sturdy and wearable in good condition with a couple 1/8” holes; a well done patch on the hem and a faint stain near hem ( could be oxycleaned). True color is white on white.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
