This black velvet dress by Anne Klein has a hidden feature. The lining has shorts in it. It has spaghetti straps that are tubing in velvet .The top is velvet made of triacetate and polyester. The skirt has two layers, 100 % silk with a panty made of polyester and spandex underneath that has snaps at the crotch. It is great for kicking your heels up or for those who would be enjoy dancing on the table ( just sayin').LOL Live it up girls. It has a black satin ribbon that may be worn as a belt. The ribbon is 2 1/2 inches wide and about 90 inches long. Anne Klein say it is a size 14, I say go by the measurements I'll be happy to help if you need it. She say Dry Clean only,, I say listen to her on this one. Dress zips up the back with a nylon zipper. Dress is fully lined.
