This 90s floral dress is a dark navy blue cotton with a light blue floral print all over, very reminiscent of Laura Ashley styles. Bust measures 50", waist 48", hip. 70", length 41". Marked size 20WP. This dress has been HEMMED and the sleeves shortened a bit for a more modern, hip style. The sleeves have been tacked down with hemming tape instead of stitched but it doesn't affect wear.
