90s secretary dress with 30s flair, made of great quality smooth polyester ’silk’ twill done in a colorful floral print. Blouson bodice with ruffle trim front & back that extends to the fantastic flutter sleeves, slightly A-line tea-length skirt, elastic waist, and matching slide belt. Pullover with keyhole button & loop at the rear neckline. Unlined. Label: Luci Fellini / Made in USA / 100% polyester.
