90s 90s White Veiled Wide Brim Straw Hat
Body is a white straw with a hatband of white chiffon edged in black braid. Back holds a large chiffon bow also edged with the same black braid. A thick panel of white veiling falls over the face.
The only condition issue is a smudge of makeup on the veiling, front left side. Also the inside label is stained.
Label is Sylvia.
Inner circumference is 21 1/2 inches. Crown rises 3 1/2 inches and brim extends 2 3/4 inches.
