This is an exquisite vintage late 1990's - 2000's formal gown made by "Betsy & Adam". It features a one shoulder; nude illusion laser cut lace bodice and is fitted through the waist and hips. It has a dramatic 2-layer sheer black mesh mermaid hemline. The sweep has horizontal pleating and an attached wide grosgrain ribbon belt. The entire dress is fully lined and incredibly well made!
