WOW! This gorgeous silk chiffon blouse with ruffled sleeves and collar gives me some MAJOR Parisian vibes. Red, white, and blue color, with tiny gold-tone buttons. The attention to detail in how this was made is incredible! There are even tiny little shoulder pads! I bought this for myself in a vintage shop in Florence, Italy over 10 years ago now. I believe it to be late 90s or Y2K, but I cannot be 100% certain as the only tag is the content tag, which says 100% silk. Buttons up the front. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference.

Good vintage condition- There is some very minor wear to the piece. A few areas where the chiffon has a few loose threads/ pulls. There are some super super faint marks at the underarm. The shoulders have been reinforced with the less abrasive part of velcro… presumably to velcro to another slip or garment underneath?
