90s 90s Bias Cut Black Maxi Swirl Skirt

90s does 70s black and white swirl skirt, made in India by Silverstream. Black 100% cotton fabric is cut on the bias into 11 panels and sewn together, then outlined with white stitched trim. Gently fitted at hip, A lines down to knee length, then flares out dramatically! (see 2nd photo) Mid calf to ankle length, depending on your height. 1. 5" elastic waist has drawstring. Lined in black cotton. Very versatile vintage swirl skirt, goes with everything!
