Vintage 1970's/1980's sheer blue, yellow and pink pastel floral dress by Cachel. Faux wrap dress appearance. Shoulder pads, pleated v-neckline, tie back. Empire waist with stretch, and comes with a detachable fabric belt. A-line flowy skirt with flounce at the bottom. There are a few brown spots at the hemline that are likely due to ironing damage, but are not visible while wearing as the skirt has a lot of fabric that pleats to cover them. See pictures for close-ups of spots. Shell 100% polyester, lining 100% nylon. Made in Hong Kong. Machine wash warm, gentle cycle, hang to dry. No bleach, cool iron.
