Vintage 1980s Joan Harper Button Up Secretary Blouse. Bright red with front pleating and a slight peplum silhouette. Small shoulder pads. The single button cuff matches the buttons on the front. The 100% polyester fabric has a crinkled texture to it. In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. Marked size 12; the following approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit an XL. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
