The perfect 1980s Pussy Bow Secretary Blouse. Black splatter paint effect on a silky textured tan/beige fabric (no tags inside, but my best guess is that this is polyester). Hidden button up placket, shoulder pads, and a tie on either side of the neck that can be tied into a Pussy Bow or worn however you like. Buttoned cuffs. Excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. There is no size tag, but based on the below approximate flat lay measurements, I believe this could fit a size Medium or a Large. Please compare the measurements to a shirt that fits you well in order to ensure proper fit!
