Bottom: 36-40" - comfortably around

Length: 25" - (includes 2 1/4" bottom cuff) - center back to bottom

CONDITION:

This is in distressed condition. There are multiple tiny holes throughout as well as ground in oil and dirt stains. Please examine photos closely for item condition.
