vintage size 8 - runs small! my mannequin wears a six to a slim 8 and this dress fits without much of a maniquin bust!

measures: the bust measures at least 36/38

here's the important one- the lower hip where the drop is and the drop band - without give- measures just 36 inches- this is more like a size 6. a size 8 is more like 38 inches. please measure your lower- fullest round part around your bottom before making this purchase- the drop on a tall girl will hit right in that area. It you ate slight you might be okay the measure from the shoulder to the drop is approximately 22/23 inches.

The dress is in wonderful condition. very little fading to the black dye at all. if you continue to only hand wash when needed and hang dry or dry clean it's a super cool and versatile classic wardrobe piece! It can go from western to victorian prim. Or even sort of French and naughty!

will arrive tissued nicely.
