1980’s Lee Sands necklace in blue, gray & off-white.

Inlaid butterfly with blue stone, mother of pearl, and shell. Unsure of what precious materials were used in making this piece and I can't find any other like it, but they are very common in Lee Sands' artistic jewelry. Larger wooden beads separated by tiny bronze beads, with 3 dark blue and light blue elongated beads to complement and balance. This isn't a centered butterfly, you would actually wear it on the left side with the 3 beads on the right. Really genius. I have attached a picture of the necklace laying on a ruler to show length.

Please note: I do not remove tarnishing from jewelry to allow the new owner to make their choice and interpret the designer's intent. I do believe this will clean up nicely and bronze can be protected with a clearcoat.
