This gorgeous dress is from the 80's from Laurence Kazar. Classic style with crew neckline. The short sleeves have a flutter effect with a shark tooth hem. The top of the dress has a beaded lattice like pattern. the rest of the dress is beaded with an abstract pattern. The hemline is the same as the sleeves. All beads are in place. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
