Black fabric backed with beaded design in shades of black, red and clear beads at look silver. scalloped edges with braided cord ties ending in black beaded balls.
This will fit a number of sizes.
Measurements
beaded area-20 1/2 inches and 3 inches at widest point
each tie measures 13 inches not including the ball
I would say it would comfortably fit up to a 36 inch waist. Remember when determining if it will fit that you must leave enough to tie.
