80's maxi dress in a rare 13/14 size (fits medium - large). Beautiful bib collar with pink roses, white lace trim and polka dot print. Bit of a drop waist but cinched and flattering. Structured padded shoulders, short sleeves trimmed with lace and beautiful flowing skirt. Made in USA and in excellent condition.
