Lovely floral cotton fabric. 80s with off white lace collar, short pleated puff sleeves shoulder pads and drop gathered skirt, no zipper fabric does Not stretch. Side pockets.

Good condition clean and ready to wear I’ve mended the fabric under two buttons not visible when buttoned.
