This amazing dress has a layer of wispy tulle over crepe satin that feels so whimsical and romantic just like the dresses from the 1920s. The waist is slightly empire with an illusion bodice and sweetheart neckline. The white belt is embellished with feather, tulle and rhinestones....... circa 80s, but so vintage 20s.
