Super cute short sleeve daisy patterned navy striped dress. It has a crew neckline, puff sleeves, elastic waist, and pleated skirt. Dress is in excellent vintage condition - no noticeable stains or snags. Pull over, half button front style with two small string belt loops and a matching fabric belt. Fabric has NO stretch. The front buttons are hidden except for the one at the collar which is a golden ornate button.
