This sexy dress is from the 70's by Oved Los Angeles. Made of shimmering sapphire blue lurex. Wrap front look with plunging opening back. Elastic waist with full skirt. One portion of the back of the skirt has pleated detail. This is a very lightweight and semi sheer fabric. You will most likely need a slip underneath. Excellent condition. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
