1970s quilted patchwork prairie jacket and skirt set - major Gunne Sax vibes. The cropped jacket has 2 hook and eye closures, lace and ribbon trim. Ruffled skirt has back zip and 2 hook and eye closures at waist. Feels like cotton, no labels. Excellent vintage condition. Fits like an extra small.
