This skirt is insanely beautiful! The sweep of it is huge perfect for twirling! The fabric is a very pretty light blue floral combo with white lace and white fabric such great colors for summer. The skirt has a classic high corse waist and a very intricate tiered center panel in the blue floral with white on either side.
