Vintage 1970s high waisted button front pleated skirt. Solid red (slight orange tint). Top 2 buttons are exposed, the rest are hidden. Has pockets. Nice and full a-line silhouette. Midi length. No material tag but feels like soft 100% cotton with no stretch. Union made (IGLWU)
