Vintage 1970's floral palazzo pants. These are interesting because they are wrap pants and the bow can be tied in the front or the back. First start by hooking the elastic portion around your waist, then bring the tie portion under your legs and tie it around your waist. Textured polyester fabric. Most likely handmade. No label or tags. Not lined.
