This insane 1970s maxi dress has major regency vibes. Made of an embroidered cotton lawn fabric, with little pink, purple, yellow and blue flowers. The sleeves are a leg of mutton style, with tight fitting snap cuffs. There's elastic in the sleeve upper to keep it puffed out. The neckline is a ruffled mockneck, and the waistband is an empire style waist which sits right under the bust. This looks like it walked right off the set of a Jane Austen film and I can't get enough! Tiered layers, with little pleated ruffle detail in between.

There's a smidge of damage - a little bit of dirt around the hem and then the acetate lining in the skirt has a hem that is coming down in one spot - you could just safety pin this back up, or you can tack it up with needle and thread. The belt at the back is coming a little bit loose, but none of these things affect wear and she's a sturdy piece ready for your flower field photos!
