This half sleeve dress from the 1970s by California Looks is a petite size and has a partial button up front with a full skirt, and foldover cuffs on the sleeves. A dark floral print that is reminiscent of a tapestry. The top button on the dress is missing, though you really don't notice since it's right by the collar.

Bust measures 36", waist 28-30", length 37". Marked size 10P.
