This dark blue denim 70s jean skirt has a high waist, curvy hips and fabulous patch pockets! The waistband has narrow belt loops, and the below-the-knee hem has a slit in front and in back. Below the waistband in back, darts shape the hips. The mid-weight denim fabric feels like mainly cotton, probably a blend with a hint of polyester mixed in. The skirt is unlined and fastens in back with a metal zipper and a snap at the waistband with the maker’s name “Mushroom”—how groovy is that? This mid-to-late 70s denim skirt is in excellent condition.
