This cute set is from the 70's. Made of a natural and floral cotton. The top can be worn on or off the shoulder. Elastic and drawstring neckline. The waist is also elastic. Peplum style can be worn inside or outside the skirt. The skirt is an a-line silhouette with ruffle flounce. Nylon zipper and button closure. Beautiful condition. Best fit would be an XS/S however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
