Grey metal, most likely aluminium, Cool Ray Polaroid sunglasses. Arms are patterned much like hammered aluminium, very unique style.

As for the condition, they do show wear. Arms are loose and probably need new screws or a tightening. They are clean and the nose pads show no wear.
