This adorable sweater dress is from the early 70's by Suzy Perette by Victor Costa. Dropped waist style with a slight a-line. Unique loopy design amosts the wide stripes around the bottom of the dress. Really beautiful piece. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
