Wowzers! This 1970s halter dress is an eye-catcher! Like a piece of op art! The skirt is amazing, with chevron stripes of differing widths, sequins, flowers with pronged rhinestones, and a ribbed textured fabric. The top is made of black polyester, with a plunging neckline and bare shoulders. There is a wide matching belt included.

The dress is lined with black silky polyester fabric on top, and white under the skirt, Very good condition. Made by Claret.
