This beautiful dress is from the 70's. Cottage core style. Excellent quality and condition. The top is made of a black rayon velvet. High neck. Black braid trim down the center with covered decorative satin buttons. Center back zip. The skirt is a gray wool with beautiful black soutach details. It comes with a wide black patent leather slide buckle belt. This looks as if it was never worn. Best fit would be a Small, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
