Gorgeous satin skirt by Russ. Late 70’s piece. Dark navy (almost black) with gold and bronze floral leaf print. Full shape with sharp accordion pleats throughout. Healthy elastic waistband for an easy pull on styling. Midi or maxi length depending on where you wear it on the waist. A few minor pulls but they blend well in the print, see last two pics. Union made in the USA. There is no size tag but it fits like a modern 10/12. See photos for exact unstretched measurements.
