1970s Toni Todd Hawaiian Floral Print Summer Halter Dress with shoe string bow tie. Red. Bust 36 A line made in USA.

This dress is marked size 12, but it fit my mannequin (seen above) snug in bust area. this dress seems to have higher arm holes and smaller right across this area and so not a true modern 12. Probably better fitted for a size 10, though the bottom half of this dress is very full and has a belt for cinching. The mannequin shown is about a size 8 10. So please consider bust measurements for this item.

Bright cherry red with floral print. blue, tan, lavender and green on background of white.

pleating below breast- cut line a muumuu style - use enclosed belt for cinch look.

Under arm hem is 8 inches below top of shoulder.

One tiny pinhole near bottom hem. Other wise no flaws found. Bright and crisp color and fabric.
