Measures from 22” to 30” at the waist (elastic), 42” through the hips and length is 34”. Pulls on with no fastenings. Fabric is medium weight linen/rayon blend with thick crewel embroidered design, unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are cream background with black, brown, light blue, dark red, pink, olive, and muted gold design.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
