Glamorous 1960s silk dress in a vibrant sapphire blue. It has a flattering boat neckline and pleated swags at the shoulders that are embellished with black glass teardrop beads. The waistline is raid=sed but not as much as an empire waist. The skirt is a pencil shape and is slightly gathered at the waistline on the sides, leaving the center flat. There is a metal zipper up the back. It is fully lined. There are no labels present. Very good condition.
