1960's NOS Navy Blue and White Raffia Straw Cloche Hat

Top of the hat is navy blue raffia with a white curled brim.

Vinyl band in a matching navy blue.

Top of the hat is covered in a veil that drapes down to the brim.

Has original tag from store still attached.
